A little downward dog never hurt anybody!
I’ll be the first to admit that I have a little problem with Hype. That problem being that I buy into every ounce of it. So it was no surprise to anyone that once I finally found Wii Fit on the shelves, I bought it. This kind of post may seem so 2008, but I don’t care because this sucker was hard to find at retailers.
There has been much talk about whether or not the Wii Fit actully aids in weightloss or if it’s just another fancy toy. At first I was thinking toy, but after doing the excersizes for a few days, I’m starting to think that maybe there is something to this afterall. Or maybe I’m just justifying my hasty purchase. Either way, I woke up with slighty sore abs!
Obviously it’s too soon for me to tell if Wii Fit works or not, but rest assured that I will have updates in the future about my Mii’s progress. Who’s with me?

Well I don’t have a Wii, so I’m afraid I can’t comment on the benefits of Wii fit, but I do have one question: Do you listen to Olivia Newton-John when you are working out? Because the title of your post totally got that song goin’ through my head…
And I am totally interested in hearing your progress with Wii Fit! Who knows, maybe it will motivate me to get off my butt and do something myself!
